Protocols INTRODUCTION: In the twilight of the 7th Assembly, the Senate in a wholesale move passed a series of Bills already passed by the House of Representatives. One of such Bills was the amendment of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund Act, 2010 which sought to;
a. Change the board’s structure to include a representative of the Nigeria Law School.
b. Redefine Tertiary Education to include Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education and the Nigerian Law School.
