The second edition of service delivery award for the Most Outstanding Public Institutions in Nigeria (MOPIN) is out. The approach adopted to ascertaining winners was again participatory through publicly administered questionnaires and SMS voting. Also, randomly selected staff of MDAs selected across different cadres were asked to respond to specially designed questionnaires. From the selection process, twenty MDAs that emerged as the MOPIN winners of the Year namely:

- National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA)
- National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCD)
- Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA)
- Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)
- Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC)
